House Rules
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged subject to availability — please enquire in advance.
Quiet Hours
We ask all guests to observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM out of respect for neighbouring guests and the surrounding community.
Smoking
Stonetrail Villas is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted inside any villa or within 5 metres of any building. Designated outdoor areas are available.
Pets
We regret that pets are not permitted at Stonetrail Villas at this time.
Events & Gatherings
Private events and gatherings of more than 8 persons require prior written approval from management. Additional fees may apply.
Damage
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furnishings, or equipment during their stay. A security deposit may be required at check-in.
Cancellation Policy
Standard Bookings
Cancellations made 30 or more days prior to arrival will receive a full refund of any deposit paid, less a 5% processing fee.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made 15–29 days prior to arrival will forfeit 50% of the total booking value. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.
No-Show
In the event of a no-show, the full booking value will be charged and no refund will be issued.
Modifications
Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 14 days prior to the original arrival date. Rate differences may apply.
Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government travel restrictions, etc.), we will work with guests to reschedule or issue a credit note.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations.

Legal Entity
These terms and conditions are issued by The Ballantyne Ltd, a company registered in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, trading as Stonetrail Villas. References to "Stonetrail Villas", "we", "us", or "our" refer to The Ballantyne Ltd T/A Stonetrail Villas.
Booking Confirmation
A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit and written confirmation from Stonetrail Villas. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
Rates
All rates are quoted in USD and are subject to change without notice. Confirmed bookings are protected from rate changes. Rates do not include applicable taxes unless stated.
Liability
The Ballantyne Ltd T/A Stonetrail Villas accepts no liability for loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property during their stay, except where caused by our negligence. Guests participate in all activities at their own risk.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
Amendments
The Ballantyne Ltd T/A Stonetrail Villas reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
