Subject to these terms, we offer refunds on reservations within cancellation period, typically 30 days before arrival. All reservation made for our critical seasons are NON REFUNDABLE. 

At Stonetrail Villas, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our guests to the best of our ability. Our refund policy is designed to provide clarity and fairness to both our guests and our establishment.

1. Refund Eligibility:Refunds are applicable for cancellations made within 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to entirety of the stay.
   Refunds are only applicable to the amount paid for the accommodation and any additional services booked directly through Stonetrail Villas. Third-party bookings are subject to the refund policies of the respective booking platforms.
   
2. Refund Processing Time:Upon the approval of a cancellation request meeting the eligibility criteria, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
   Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the reservation.
   
3. Non-Refundable Reservations:Certain promotional rates, special offers, or package deals may be designated as non-refundable. Guests will be notified at the time of booking if their reservation falls under this category.
   Non-refundable reservations are exempt from the standard refund policy and will not be eligible for refunds or modifications.
   
4. No-Show Policy:Guests who fail to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be considered as "no-show." No-shows are subject to the full cost of the reservation and will not be eligible for refunds.
   
5. Refunds for Partial Stays:Guests who check out before the scheduled departure date may be eligible for a partial refund of unused nights, subject to management approval and the terms outlined in the cancellation policy.
   
6. Refund Disputes:Any disputes regarding refund eligibility or processing should be addressed directly with Stonetrail Villas management. We are committed to resolving disputes promptly and fairly.
